1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all course enrollments. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason within 14 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.
1.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase date
- You must submit your request through our official refund request process
- The refund applies to the initial course purchase only (not upgrades or add-ons purchased separately)
1.2 What's Covered
The 14-day money-back guarantee covers:
- Full Course tier enrollments
- Pro tier enrollments
- Mentorship tier enrollments
- Individual workshop registrations
2. After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period has expired, refunds are generally not available. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:
- Serious medical emergencies or health issues
- Technical issues that prevented access to course materials (that we were unable to resolve)
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Course content significantly different from what was advertised
These requests require documentation and are subject to approval by our team.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free courses or free trial access
- Promotional or discounted enrollments after 14 days
- Courses where you have completed more than 80% of the content
- Courses where you have downloaded all course materials
- Services already rendered (e.g., completed 1-on-1 mentorship sessions)
- Third-party services or tools purchased through our platform
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include Information: Provide your full name, email address used for enrollment, order number (if available), and reason for refund request
- Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- Receive Refund: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3-5 business days.
5.2 Payment Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
5.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds. This typically applies when:
- You have consumed a significant portion of the course content
- You have attended some but not all live sessions
- You are downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier
6. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course materials, community forums, and all related services will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to access any course content or participate in live sessions.
7. Cohort-Specific Policies
7.1 Before Cohort Starts
If you request a refund before the cohort start date, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of when you enrolled (as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before the cohort begins).
7.2 After Cohort Starts
Once the cohort has started, the standard 14-day money-back guarantee applies from your original purchase date, not from the cohort start date.
8. Upgrades and Downgrades
8.1 Tier Upgrades
If you upgrade from one tier to another (e.g., Full Course to Pro), you will pay the difference in price. The 14-day guarantee applies to the upgrade amount from the date of upgrade.
8.2 Tier Downgrades
Downgrades are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to downgrade, please contact us. Partial refunds for downgrades are only available within the first 14 days of your original purchase.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to enroll in future courses.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your enrollment.
